We offer flower arrangements, balloon bouquets, event decorations, and photo booth rentals for birthdays, quinceañeras, and other celebrations. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute flowers or materials of equal value and appearance in the event of shortages.

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or delivery limitations.

We offer local delivery within Indianapolis, Carmel, and nearby areas. Please double-check all delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients. If no one is available at the time of delivery, items will be left at the doorstep, and we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage thereafter.

If your flowers, balloons, or other products arrive damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and your order number. Email us at contactus@onestopshopgotitall.com. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

You may not use our site for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation. All content, including images and logos, is owned by One Stop Shop Got It All and cannot be used without permission.

All prices are listed in USD. We accept payments via Stripe. Prices may change without notice.

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from product misuse, delivery delays due to weather, or third-party service failures. All products are provided "as is."
